CS Hitesh D. Buch,

CS Hitesh D. Buch is a Graduate in Management (B.B.A.) and Law (Special), and Fellow Member (FCS) of the ICSI having overall experience of more than 36 years. He possesses more than 28 years post qualification experience as Company Secretary. He started his career with Reserve Bank of India in 1983 and switched to the profession in 1989 on acquiring the membership of the ICSI. After working in industry for about five years, he joined the practicing side of the profession in 1995. He possesses wide spectrum exposure and rich experience in various spheres of corporate secretarial and legal matters, including appearance before erstwhile CLB, Securities Appellate Tribunal, SEBI, NCLT, NCLAT and Consumer Courts.
